We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Ireland in October, but there are a few key steps to take before departure.
Step 1:
Register Yourself and Your Guest
- Register for Accelerate26 by July 14, 2026 using the 'Register Now' button.
- Confirm your attendance and provide basic information for you and your guest.
- During registration, select:
- An Excursion for you and your guest.
- Either the Golf Tournament or Spa Experience for yourself.
- Cancellation deadline: August 11, 2026.
- Cancellations made after August 11 may incur reimbursement costs.
- Need to make changes later?
- Use the Already Registered link to:
- Update your information.
- Add, edit, or remove a guest.
- Change your Excursion selection.
- Modify your Carton House Experience selection.
- Use the Already Registered link to:
Step 2:
Book Your Flights and Ensure You’re Ready for International Travel
- A flight booking link will be provided within 72 hours of registration.
- Each registrant receives a $1,000 travel credit toward their own airfare.
- To use the credit:
- Book flights through the provided booking platform.
- Choose your preferred airline, class, layovers, and enter loyalty/known traveler information.
- Guest flights can be booked at the same time.
- If airfare exceeds the $1,000 credit, or if booking a guest’s ticket, you must pay the remaining balance at booking.
- Your flight must arrive in Dublin by 11:00 AM on October 12, 2026.
- Ensure your passport is valid for travel in October.
- U.S. citizens need a passport valid for the duration of their stay with at least one blank page.
- If you need a new passport or renewal:
- Start the process as soon as possible.
- Processing typically takes 2–4 weeks, but may take longer.
- Expedited processing and shipping options are available.
- To extend your stay at Carton House after the event:
- Email accelerate@orion180.com with your requested dates by August 11, 2026.
Step 3:
Plan Your Stay and Get Accelerate26 Updates
- Watch your email for Accelerate26 updates and announcements.
- If your preferred excursion is full:
- Join the waitlist during registration, and you'll receive an email if a spot opens up.
- Expect additional event updates, including details on:
- General Sessions
- Keynote presentation
- Download the Orion180 Events app (invitation to follow):
- Access the event agenda.
- Explore free-time activity recommendations.
- Connect with attendees and their guests.
- Join the Accelerate26 Instagram Channel for:
- Event updates.
- Travel inspiration and highlights from Ireland.
- Additional resources available:
- Event agenda.
- Recommendations for activities in Dublin and around Carton House.
- Guests are welcome at many activities, including Excursions, Evening Events, and all Included Meals.
- Depending on your selected Excursion, you may have free time on Day 3 to plan independently.
