How do I know if I qualified to attend?

Accelerate26 invitations were sent on June 3, 2026, by email and physical mail. If you are unsure about your status or have questions, please contact your Territory Manager for clarification.

Can I bring a guest? / Can my spouse attend Accelerate26?

Yes, you can bring a plus one to Accelerate26. Your guest will be included in events, excursions, and meals, but not our general sessions. Please note that the $1,000 travel credit is per invitee, and does not apply to guests. 

Can I arrive before or stay after the event dates?

Yes. If you plan to arrive early, you must book your own accommodation and transfer to Carton House on Oct. 12. If you would like to extend your stay at Carton House after Accelerate26, please email accelerate@orion180.com to request additional nights at your own expense. Please confirm interest before August 11, 2026.


What are the passport requirements to travel to Ireland?

To travel to Ireland, your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay, and have at least one blank page. Our Accelerate26 program runs through Oct. 16, 2026.  

Please note that these requirements apply to U.S. citizens. If you hold different citizenship, please confirm your travel requirements separately. Our team is available to assist at accelerate@orion180.com. 

If you need to apply for a new passport or renewal, you should do so as soon as possible. While typical processing times range from two to four weeks, it can take much longer. Expedited options are available, but it is best to start the process now.


How do I use my travel credit?

After you have been invited to and registered for Accelerate26, we will share a link for our flight reservation platform. This easy solution will allow you to book directly with your flight and airline of choice, with the travel credit applied. If your flight costs exceed $1,000 - for example after upgrades or including your plus one - you will be able to pay the difference at checkout.

You are welcome to book your travel outside of our reservation platform, but you will not receive the travel credit  or airport transfers if you do so. 

Will transportation to and from the airport be provided?

Yes, there will be transportation to and from the airport, scheduled transfers based on arrival and departure times captured by our flight reservation platform.

What time should I arrive in Ireland?

Many flights arriving in Dublin, Ireland, from the United States land in the morning. We will provide airport transfers throughout the morning, with lunch beginning at 12pm and Group Meet-Ups beginning at 1pm.

What is the weather like in Ireland in October?

Expect cool weather, ranging from 40°F to 60°F with colder evenings and mornings, and milder afternoons. Plan to dress in layers and be sure to pack for Ireland’s famous showers, which are typically passing at this time of year.

What is the Accelerate26 dress code?

The dress code for our general sessions and events is business casual. As we get closer to the event, we will share recommendations for your specific Excursion. 

If your are taking place in our Accelerate26 Golf Tournament, the course dress code is traditional smart-casual golf attire, including collared shirts and tailored pants. 


Is attendance required at all scheduled events?

Yes. Attendance at all sessions, meals, and networking events is required for agents registered for Accelerate26. Guests are included in evening events and can register for excursions. Failure to attend scheduled events may result in disqualification from future events. 

Is there personal or free time scheduled?

There are several blocks of free time throughout Accelerate26, depending on the excursions and optional activities you choose to take part in. Review our agenda here, and contact accelerate@orion180.com if you have additional questions. 

Can I bring children to the event?

No. This is a professional business event. Children are not permitted to attend or stay in the hotel room during the event.
